Services & What It Costs

Everything you need to know before we speak. No hidden fees. No upgrade paths. Written plainly.

One person. Consistently present.

Pehradar is a care coordination and support service for elderly parents in Jaipur whose children live abroad. The work is built around one trusted person who knows your parents personally and is consistently present in their lives.

In practice, that means weekly home visits where we check in on health, medication, mood, and the small things that matter: whether the bathroom mat has slipped, whether the chair is comfortable, whether the week has been a good one. It means accompanying your parents to doctor appointments, sitting in the consultation, taking notes, and asking the questions you would ask if you were there.

It means coordinating with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies on your parents' behalf, making sure prescriptions are filled correctly, lab tests are booked, and follow-up appointments happen on time. A structured weekly update sent to you every Monday morning IST, with a photograph, a health summary, and an honest note. And a phone line that is answered when something is wrong, at any hour.

Underneath all of it, the work is one thing: being a person you can trust to be there when you cannot be.

What Pehradar does not do

This is the section most service websites do not write. We are writing it because we would rather you know now than be disappointed later.

Not a medical provider
We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat. We accompany, coordinate, observe, and report. Medical decisions are made by qualified doctors, not by us.
Not overnight or live-in care
We do not provide overnight presence or 24-hour on-site support. If your parents need a full-time attendant, that is a different kind of service, and we will help you find the right provider.
Not legal or financial management
We do not hold power of attorney, manage accounts, or sign documents. We can sit with you in conversations with lawyers or banks, but we do not act on your behalf in those matters.
Not managing third-party staff
We do not oversee domestic helpers, drivers, or carers hired separately by your family. If you need someone to manage the household staff, that is a different kind of service.

If you need any of these things, we will tell you so honestly and try to help you find the right resource. What we will not do is take it on ourselves and do it badly.

Payment, billing, and how to stop.

How payment works

The first 14 days of service are complimentary. Billing begins on day 15. This is not a trial in the conditional sense. There is no automatic refund if you cancel within the period. It is a way to give you time to experience the service properly before any money changes hands.

Monthly fees are due in advance, by the first of each calendar month. Payment can be made by NEFT, IMPS, or UPI to our Indian business account, or by international transfer via Wise. Bank details are shared once we have agreed to begin.

If a payment is delayed, which we know happens with international transfers, we allow a seven-day grace period without question. If payment has not arrived by the eighth, we will send a gentle reminder. We do not stop visits without telling you first.

How to stop

Either of us can end the arrangement with thirty days' written notice. A WhatsApp message to the Pehradar number is sufficient. There is no formal letter required, no exit fee, and no penalty. The thirty days exist so that the transition is gentle for your parents, not so that you are locked in.

When the arrangement ends, for whatever reason, on either side, we will provide a full summary of your parents' care history, share our records with their next provider if you ask us to, and help you find an alternative where we can.

The end of the formal service does not end our care for the people we have been looking after.

Ready to talk?

WhatsApp, email, or a short form. Tell us a little about your parents. We will take it from there.

No obligation. No contract. Just a conversation.
